Self-referrals
Not allowed. We detect via payment method match, IP, and device fingerprint. If you want the product, use the standard checkout — you’re not losing anything by paying like a normal customer.
Brand bidding
Allowed on generic terms like “axion algo”. NOT allowed on exact-match buyer-intent variants — “axion algo discount”, “axion algo coupon”, “axion algo review” — and you may not use our domain in display URLs.
Trademark misuse
No domain typosquatting (axionalgo.co, axion-algos.com, etc.), no logo modification, no implying you are official Axion staff. Use the brand kit as-is.
FTC disclosure
Required on every promotion. Use plain language — “contains affiliate links” or “#ad” works. See our FTC section for example copy.
Enforcement & appeals
